tired. okay more like EXHAUSTED. so tiring when you have to stand for 8 freaking hours.

first clinical attachment wasn't thaaaat bad. learnt many things.. only that from the very first day, i got to know the real world.. not everybody is nice. seriously. it's like the reality of the working life is smacked right across my face. ...cs again, not everybody is nice. (: some nurses are definitely helpful tho. but overall is okay, i've learnt alot. ALOT! what matters most is the experience. got along well wf the others. polyclinic is one busy place! first day; treatment & dressing room.. for emergency cases & changing of wound dressing. i like! HAHAHA. always chaotic ah that room, there's always new stories. non-stop! like reality tv. haha. second day; development assesment & care manager. -.- thats all i can say. -.- i'm apparently invisible there. -.-!! third day; diabetic eye & foot screening and opportunistic screening room. giving eye reports to doctors to sign.. but it was fun. today; women's health & family planning. pap smear.. i saw the pap smear procedure. o.O go search if u like to know. hahaaaa. tomorrow will be immunisation room. & it's gona be the last day. but still, i'll be going up & down to yishun for another week. update more sooooooon~
