aaaahhhhh.

i'm still freaking pissed off about yesterday. customer from hell, YET AGAIN. urgh. what is so blardy hard about having good manners, being polite? does that even kill you? at least have some sense of dignity. the problem is, i lend her one of eClub thumbdrive.. and WOW suddenly it disappeared. i asked her where is the thumbdrive that was with her, and she said a guy in white took and she don't know anything. what sort of crap is that. called thirdsis up not bcs of the fact that she's my sister, but my supervisor. she asked us to call the guy but when thirdsis was on the phone, she then said she's going to the main office and said, "how can you all work liddat?" she even told me not to lie to thirdsis. WTH ah. locked eClub, when we got down, she's nowhere in sight. there's more to the story to why like thirdsis said, i was at my boiling point. we were like debating ah. so tell me, why would anyone even steal a 1G thumbdrive, plus virus too? ;) bcs she's still in her world of diskettes. why are there such people in this world?
